Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！

The description of this property online doesn't match the reality in almost every way: no mountain views, no separate dining area, no queen beds, no functioning high-speed internet, etc. etc. It is also listed under several different names online (Two Medicine Inn; East Glacier Motel; Paradise Park) and has no website of its own, from which I can only conclude that this place is intentionally running a scam to get double bookings. AVOID IT! We asked for a refund immediately on seeing the reality of these run-down cabin huts (not "4-star apart hotels"!) and had to really work the phones to get the refund to go through since the manager wouldn't respond to Expedia's attempts to contact the motel. We finally did get a refund from Expedia, but no one should have to go through that experience.

We left and did not stay after checking in. The cabin was old and had not been updated in years. It was clean, but there were no pillow cases on the pillows. The pictures on Expedia are not representative of the property. The ladies checking us in were pleasant. The property was not what we were expecting.
The cabin was maybe ten by fifteen. Old building with old furniture and linens.
There were no pillow cases on the pillows.
Very small shower.

This property is very basic and whilst you can see they are updating it, I think they should have started with new beds not new TVs, the bed in no 6 is literally collapsing in on itself.

We booked a room but when we were about 20-30 minutes from arriving we received a text saying Expedia had over booked them and they had no room for us. We had to go an hour out of our way to find a room available. We haven't received a refund yet either. We were upset with the property because we had been in communication with them up until the day we were to arrive but we weren't told we had no room until minutes before arriving and Expedia still hasn't refunded our money ( this was about a month ago). Both parties blame the other as the reason we haven't got our money back.

Expedia called the day of my reservation to tell me they had overbooked and I had no room. This left me stranded at glacier national Park On one of the busiest days of the year.

Window didnt open, no a/c so it was really hot by the end of the day. Internet wasnt good couldnt really watch tv, kept going out. Not really a patio as it says, just two chairs out the door. Location good. Not much open in the town except a casino for supper.

Do not stay at this motel. The whole property is shabby and unkempt. Our room was of poor construction. The TV didn’t work and had many strange wires hanging down. On the hot day we arrived, the one window didn’t open and the screen of the other one was torn in numerous places. We refused to stay the second night we had booked. The hotel owner would not refund our money. Terrible place. The only good thing about the motel was the clerk, who was very sweet.

Got there and sent to another hotel. They said they didn't have room. Drove around two hours looking for a room. Owner wouldn't answer phone, after texting several times to know when we were checking in earlier in the day. Phone went to voice mail, not set up. we went back and were given a small room that they said was a certain amount and charged us almost twice as much, and told us take it or leave it, literally. Owner promised us a refund but stopped answering after texting we'd get a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! It is not what you pay! Go ahead and pay a little more and stay some where much better. Beds were ok. No air but you couldn’t open windows bc there were no screens. It didn’t feel like a safe area to go ahead and open windows anyway. The adjoing rooms and small kitchenette were good for our family of 8. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST EXCEPT FOR SOME FROZEN BURRITOS AND KIDS JUICE BOXES! VERY MISLEADING! The towel holder was off the wall. Most lights didn’t have bulbs. Carpet was old and dirty. Coffee,coffee filters, creamer and sugar were just sitting open in styrofoam cups! GROSS!!! Luckily we had brought our own. On top of all of this after asking when we would arrive, we got there and were told it would be another hour before we could check in bc the were fixing damage from the latch people that stayed.

The good: very clean and the staff was super nice. The room was cozy and had a cute sitting area outside with fire pit and picnic table. The not so good: definitely not mountain views from the rooms and the shower was super small, including the shower head being very low. (I am 5'8" and had to bend pretty substantially to rinse my hair). Those two things aside, I would stay again. It was quite charming.

I have ci Been trying to c0montacted expedia about not staying there. This cabin is not much bigger than the bed. This was probably built in 50's to 60's and the door and windows didnt look safe. The bathroom stunk like urine desk help said i needed to contact expedia,which i have been trying.

Listing for the property was misleading. Name was different than listed, breakfast advertised but we were told there were only limited options because it is being phased out, no Mountain View from our Mountain View cabin. We stayed in a rustic cabin that had typical amenities but was dated. Heating unit worked but did not control to a temperature. Our stay was good but the main complaint is that it was expensive for what we got. The host was nice.
