東漢茲共管公寓

「We walked into a very modern and very clean apartment. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had all the essentials to prepare our breakfast. The little touches on decorated toilet paper and towels and bottles of water topped it off. Great location with restaurants and pubs and close to Dalhousie University and waterfront. Thankful for the underground parking as parking is very difficult to find. Would definitely come back for a stay.」

「It’s no secret that the best short term rentals are the ones where private owners open their homes to the rental market to help pay the mortgage. You often get the extra amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, real BBQ and sometimes good bedding. “Luxury Penthouse” is not that place. The unit itself is pretty fantastic. Great light and volume. But the photos have not been updated. Directly to the west an even taller high rise has been erected. The whole concept of “island in the sky” crashes to...

「Decent downtown place, no parking but close to supermarkets and restaurants」

「This unit is ideally situated to get around Halifax. We did not rent a car and managed to walk or uber everywhere. Our four were very comfortable - the beds were great and each couple had our own full bath. We enjoyed the glorious views made possible by the large windows. It was a bit of a splurge for us but we were happy with the experience.」

「The property is described as stunning. It is NOT. It is very basic. Furniture old and only chair actually had springs hanging down to floor. Ventilation vents in bathrooms had not been cleaned in months if not years. We removed them and cleaned them. Also filters in window air conditioners were filthy. Condo had been spot cleaned as in normal housework but windows, window casements, baseboards, corners, closets etc. not maintained. Air conditioners are just window ones and did not work well and...

「We had a wonderful stay here for 2 months while house hunting. Kristyn was very communicative and welcoming. The apartment has everything: space, view, peace and quiet, and all the amenities. The building and the apartment itself are beautiful. Walkable to the lovely shops and restaurants in the North End, as well as downtown. We would have gladly stayed longer. Highly recommend!」

「The space was so beautiful and cozy. It had pretty much everything you could need. I had some trouble with the appliances because they were so modern, but Sean was so quick to respond with help and was very kind. The beds were comfy and the sunsets were stunning from the balcony. I am a large person and the space worked nicely for me. Would definitely stay again.」
