Staff was terrible I reserved and paid in advanced for a nonsmoking bedroom and staff charged me extra money at the time of check in to stay in a nonsmoking bedroom. I was very disappointed.

This property is absolutely horrendous. It looked really sketchy upon arrival but we still went ahead and checked in, got the room key, but upon entering the room…we immediately did a sweep and was like hell no. Place is falling apart. Literally part of the wall in the bathroom was missing. Black mold questionable. I honestly think this place could be condemned.

It’s fine if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night. The property really needs to be updated. The worst part was my room reeked of cigarette smoke, which was absolutely disgusting. Maybe they have non-smoking rooms, I didn’t ask. They could definitely use new beds, mattresses, and bedding as well.

The room smelled like bleach. Bugs in the sink and shower. Large air gaps in the doorway. We left and could not get a refund from anyone!!!

The room was clean the couple nights. I see there, they also allow pets, which is nice for pet lovers. The parking is good for truck drivers versus regular people. The air of ventilation is good. They have a bathroom window. You can open up as well as an AC to kind of like get the air flowing through if you wanna like kind of air out your room. Also, I like the fact that they have smoking and non-smoking for people who do like to smoke. It makes it comfortable further stay which is not allowed in a lot of facilities. Overall a decent place to stay is the Access on and off the highway also
