This place was fantastic!!! The wife and I loved everything about it. It was super clean. Had every thing we needed.The window in the kitchen over looking the beach is bad a#@! Spent alot of the time on the beach enjoying the great fishing. (About 3 hours before high tide was the best bite every day.) Everybody that walked by with or without dogs was super nice. We seen two eagles flying around a few of the days. Big airplanes fly right over you, we loved it, beats hearing sirens and trains all the time like we do at home here in Canton OH. Definitely in our top stays. Thank you so very much. Hope to come back again in the furure.

Nice beachfront house

The house is recently renovated and well equipped. Nice beach, and side yard perfect for casual bocci. Excellent communication and service from Savvy. One thing renters should know about is the proximity to Tweed airport: every arriving plane flies right over the house at maybe 100ft. Mostly just interesting when it is a prop plane but the jets are a bit loud. But there aren’t that many, and no planes after 11pm during our stay. This didn’t bother us. Otherwise everything super quiet. The house would benefit from a few additions like door mats, a grill, and a dish rack.

We absolutely loved our stay here! There were three adults and five children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The swingset was a big hit and we loved walking on the beach even though it was a little chilly. We felt very private and secluded and had enough space for everyone to spread out and be happy. The property is very well maintained, and everything is very updated.Communication with the owners was fantastic.

Great stay! The view was unobstructed and beautiful. We enjoyed watching the egrets and the boats and ships. Occasionally planes that flew over were loud but that didn’t bother any of us. It was interesting seeing them that close.The great room really was great, our hang out space for good meals in well supplied kitchen and hilarious board games.Each bedroom was comfortable with nice closets and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The ground floor den was our space to watch football games.The outdoor space was amazing: large deck off the dining room with perfect view and comfortable chairsnice swing set in yard fire pit which we all enjoyedbeach walks taken daily and I even found a little sea glassWe had a lovely time and would like to stay here again if we have another family gathering in this area. The hosts were excellent, very helpful. Great place.

We just had one wonderful week of vacation at this beach house. It was everything we expected. We had a walled area for the children to play in and the private beach was just outside of that. My family enjoyed swimming in the ocean every chance they got.The house is great. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and pots and pans. The grill outside is new and we ended up grilling on a couple of days. It was wonderful sitting on the deck enjoying a drink with the nice fire in the fire-pitWe enjoyed the open kitchen plan with a large window that opened up so we could enjoy the ocean view.Our host Marc was very responsive in answering my questions before the stay and responded to our needs quickly. If we ran out of any consumables he dropped them off within an hour. We are planning our next year family get together at this beach house already.
