“This was a charming home and fabulous location, convenient to New Haven and surrounding areas. The host was delightfully nice and wonderful to deal with! The home itself was a great layout for a couple of families, and kids. The view was soothing to the soul, and sitting and having a cup of coffee in the morning was all we needed to unwind and relax! The house is fully equipped for whatever you need. Linens and towels were well organized, and the beds incredibly comfortable! We will be back……

The host, Sujata, was very informative amd checked in daily. The check-in and out were very smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New Haven!!!!”

“Ok so generally I do not leave comments, but this one deserves it. The Host was absolutely amazing. She communicated quickly and made check in very easy. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking purposes. We did an event for my MIL 70th birthday and it was spacious. The centerpiece on the table helps give it an elegant touch. I loved that each room had its own code for privacy and bathrooms on each floor. The basement apartment was nice and I loved that it……

“Our band played in Hamden the night we stayed. The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up. The breaker went off in two of the bedrooms so some of us slept without AC. Reached out to the host who didn't get back to us until the morning and said he would be by to fix. I received a text at 11:01AM that the breaker was fixed. Check out is at 11AM.”

“The property management team that manage this room were very responsive and attentive. The room was very clean, accommodating, renovated and thoughtful. Comfortable bed and liked having control of A/C or Heat and an extra space heater. Having an updated bathroom and full kitchen was great. The only complaint that I had, that wouldn’t give my stay 5 stars, is the television was not working/connecting to the WiFi to stream any channels. WiFi was spotty for one day as well. Otherwise, everything……
