Welcome to Annezoua's Castle Home at the Mani village of Pagkia, another name for mother earth also known as Demetra, whose daughter Persephone and husband Hades live in the vicinity. This is the village of the KYRIMIS clan fighting vendetta wars but now gone and quiet with only their towers still standing and whispering past history.
Annezoula's Castle home, is an authentic traditional historic house, being characterised as a conserved historical monument built back in 1875. It has been recently renovated by Annezoula Kyrimi and her husband, Panagiotis Pyriochos.
This is not a cosmopolitan place but a personification of tranquility. You are not going to find the likes of a noisy Greek island here but simple peace, kick back, and relaxation like nowhere else.
Leave the crowds of the big city behind. Wake up to the sound of a distant rooster and make a date with millions of stars decorating your gaze at night. Meet the foxes walking by, see rare species of plants growing next to you! Walk in the stone-paths of the village, meet the locals and just...relax and enjoy!

Stay here as your base and take day trips to Sparta/Mystras, Monemvasia, Gythio, Elafinissos, Gerolimenas, Limeni, Cape Tainaron.
Come any time. Winter is kind and green, perfect for all shorts of walks. Discover beautiful Byzantine churches often constructed using old temples for building materials, read a book or two.
