「We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...

「Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. 「The cleanliness was subpar. The bedding was dirty and stained. "Clean" cutting board had dried up food on it in the cabinet. Floors were filthy and in need of repair, they were literally coming up. Only half the outlets in each bedroom worked. Asked specifically if washer and dryer were in unit. We were told yes.
