「This property was perfect for our quick weekend to Rochester. The beds were super comfortable and each bedroom was roomy. Very nicely decorated and clean. Shelby was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to emails. I would highly recommend this property! And there is a Dunkin’ Donut coffee shop within walking distance, which was wonderful!」

「Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!」
