Horrible filthy
This house was awful in every way. The kitchen was not only not properly stocked to cook in but it was filthy with rodent feces in all of the cabinets and drawers. The stove did not work and smelled like there was a gas leak. The carpet was so stained we had to wear shoes the entire time. There were not enough towels for everyone to have their own after a shower. We also had to wash the dirty towels that were left from The guests before us!! The sheets were very obviously not washed either. Clearly there was no cleaning service. At all. The vacuum was broke so we couldn’t even sweep the dirty floors. We swept the carpet with a broom and dust pan to get it some what cleaner than it was. I could go on and on but I think that is enough. We were told we would get 300.00 back which hasn’t yet happened. I would expect more than that for the condition of the house and the fact we paid almost 1000.00 for the weekend. Had we not had 7 kids with us between the ages of 8-13 that were super excited to celebrate the New year together we would’ve left. Instead we cleaned until all night. These people should be banned from this site. We were completely robbed of our money on a holiday weekend.
