We had an incredible stay at this property and would absolutely book again! The house is spacious and perfect for large groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The modern kitchen is a standout — beautifully updated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking big family meals or après-ski snacks.All of the beds were extremely comfortable, which made a huge difference after long days on the mountain. The location is unbeatable for skiing at Okemo Mountain Resort — being on the north side meant we completely avoided the usual downtown Ludlow traffic, so getting to and from the slopes was quick and stress-free.As an added bonus, there’s an adorable and very well-stocked general store right next door with a fantastic selection of local craft beer (shout out to Mount Holly Beer Co.!) and other essentials. It was so convenient and really added to the whole Vermont experience.This home truly has it all — comfort, location, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend for groups looking for an easy, cozy, and memorable ski getaway!

Great location and very spacious residence

Big blue was perfect for our two families to enjoy the holiday weekend and skiing. The host was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. It’s only 10 minutes from Okemo and the opposite direction of all the traffic. The residence was as advertised, with the exception of the fire/pellet stove not being operational. The only thing that would’ve made big blue better would be an operational fireplace. Highly recommend Big Blue.
