I booked this hotel because it offered WIFI on the rooms and I need it I. The evening as part of my job. I arrived at the hotel to find that whilst a WIFI signal was available, it was impossible to connect. I queried this with reception and it was dismissed with the receptionist telling me that she had WIFI in the reception area. At the end of the evening as I was preparing for bed, I found that towels had not been supplied and again I had to contact reception to have some delivered to me and I also found that there was no toilet paper, which meant another trip to reception to get some. The towels that I was given were filthy and did not use them which mean in the morning I had to go to work and use the showers at work. The website also states that the hotel has a lounge area which was non existent as it is being used as a storage area for building materials. Overall, the business is being sold under misrepresentation and are conning clients out of money. I will never use this hotel again and I will not Recommend It to anyone

I stayed for three nights to go sightseeing and hiking. The hotel is close to the beach and various restaurants, the train and bus stations are in way distance which is ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed me to store my suitcase for a few hours after checkout. I would happily stay there again during my next visit.

The room was extremely dirty full of dust bad smell, stains , was not possible to open the window so no ventilation at all, was impossible to breathe wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone please avoid.

We travelled with a baby, the room was spacious with plenty of room for a cot, buggy and luggage without being cramped. We were located out of the way from other rooms which we liked so we didnt disturbed other when baby cried. We found small issues with the room fittings. The curtains didnt close fully, The shower curtain was too short, Only one bedside table. Facilities provided were coffee, tea, sugar and cups but only one glass and no spoons. We stayed for two nights, a last minute booking, so for what we wanted this suited us fine for our stay. The location was spot on as we could park up for the weekend and everything was within walking distances i.e. beach, restaurants and town. Hotel also offered parking permits for cheaper daily parking which was great.

Nice Stay
The hotel is basic, but in a great location. The room was extremely clean - both the bedroom area and the bathroom. Not sure about the aircon, there were controls on the wall but no vents so didn’t seem to make any difference. There are lots of toiletries provided and lots of hot drinks free in the room. The hairdryer was missing from our room, I went to check to get another but there was no one at reception, I called them via phone, but no one answered. This was a slight inconvenience, but in no way ruined our stay. The hotel is nice and quiet and perfect for a reasonable priced, comfortable stay in Eastbourne.

The hotel was easy to find and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was mostly clean however I dropped something under the bed and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned under there for a while.

Sauberes, großes Zimmer. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Vom Hotel gab es Parktickets für 2£, die für die direkte Parkzone um das Hotel für einen Tag gültig sind. Fast direkt an der Promenade, viele Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Stadtzentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Zimmer gab es leider keinen Kleiderschrank noch anderweitige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Türen wurden oft zugeknallt, da sie ein wenig schwer zu schließen waren.

The property and room were very clean, the facilities as expected from profile but several areas unfinished and unfortunately quite noisy. The bathroom had no window covering and had been painted shut so unable to open and weather temperatures quite hot. Water pressure and temperature in bath and basin very poor. Long Murrow but no make up mirror. Final touches not particularly good, no bottled water, biscuits, had to use same cups for 3 days and ask for coffee/milk replenishment. As a person with respiratory issues, real difficulties with having to walk through smokers right outside front door, smoking could be restricted to the pavement space at a distance. Both nights had noise in the corridors in the premises in early hours.

Overnight sleep on our bicycle coastal ride
Our twin room was great. Clever solutions all around. Superb shower, smart TV with youtube, etc. The best of all for us was the gentleman at the reception, an absolute delight.

Very disappointed
Very old furniture and decore, not very clean, carpets and furniture covered in stains. Hairs in the beds, some stains on bedding, stains or food on curtains. Wardrobes broken. I could go on.... Couldnt be bothered too complain because you could tell every room would be the same. Definitely would never go back. And very old piece of what i think is poo you decide top of the wardrobe. Wardrobe doors were broken so god knows what was inside.

Property is very dirty . I never was staying in worse accommodation in my life . I feel that i cant even take shower there or take shoes off. Generally place around is very beautiful . Man on reception nice and friendly . But I never recommend no one to stay there . And definitely I would like to apply for refund if I can.

Eastbourne is a lousy place. I won’t be going back. The airshow was fantastic though. The hotel was rough round the edges although our room was modern and clean. The rest of the hotels was under some kind of 70’s cloud and pretty tacky. The staff were lovely though. Could be nice if some decent money spent on it
