"Very slow checkin experience. Self checkin not working. Reception area very unappealing and pokey. For a mini double room was pleasantly surprised by furnishings and fittings. Convenient location and good price for one night stay."

"Although the staff was extremely nice, this is not the four seasons you’re looking for. It’s a very outdated building. The rooms are pretty nice, but nothing super special. I really didn’t like the cramp bathroom. There is a pool, but it’s on the third level next to a highway. There’s no view from the pool. I’m sure there are rooms that have nice use of the barber but there’s not even a rooftop restaurant with a view of the harbor or Opera House. Even the executive club lounge doesn’t have a view would be at the house."

"I must say this hotel was very good for us and we loved it there. The staff was nice, the room had what we needed and the bed was comfortable. If you’re looking for posh, maybe it is not for you but our room and our 11 night stay was great and we would stay there again. Oh and the location to the mass transit was also great!"

"Good value clean and comfortable motel room. I received an upgrade as I stay here quite often. Great staff, great location to shops, dining and transport. Small maintenance issues which I reported to staff as feedback (not a complaint)."
