"good trip, great location, nice staff"

"Front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. One lift was out of order, but it didn't disturb us too much. Gym is good size, pool is nice and sauna was a good add-on. The room was a good size and bed comfortable but the pillows are way too soft (felt cheap). Also the bathroom amenities are very limited: just a shampoo and conditionner. Would have liked bodywash and lotion (pretty standard these days). It was pretty quiet, too. It's about 6min walk from Souther Cross station."

"The reception is pure chaos with 50+ people in there most of the time. There are almost always people sleeping in the coffee shop and then because it’s not maximalist enough, there’s an art gallery with a million different works on display. The rooms are large, but look very tired and dated. The breakfast was standard fare but very expensive. On the bright side the amenities are good and in room dining was good."
