“It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.”

“No personal at all, you get a code for the front door and room. The bathroom is shared but I never had any issues. Room is clean but noisy at times. While there is a kitchen, there are no cooking utensils or plate and the sink doesn't work. Anyways it was a nice stay.”

“The property manager Bill is great! He checked us in and ensured our stay was good through the end of our stay. He even offered to drop off post cards for us because we had to rush to the airport the day we were leaving and didn’t have time to stop by the airport. The property is charming and has a long history which gives it character. We loved the outdoor fire pit at night because it organically creates warm atmosphere and a lovely place to socialize with other guests and hotel visitors. The……

“The entire hotel decorating is warm, cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lounge room with fireplace. I enjoyed reading one of the books in the lounge while I drank coffee and ate a warm biscuit. Maggie was an outstanding hostess. It felt more like a high end bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a memorable stay. We took photographs of the decorating because we wanted to remember some of the layers of color and texture.”

Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!”
