「Clealiness」

「I requested for the seaview room, they gave me ordinary room with same price. Room is clean, staff are nice.」

「clean, affordable, very comfortable room and in a very good place. It's the best you can stay in Dammam. Also, the staff are very helpful.」

「Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. For example, the TV isn't smart, so you can’t use your streaming accounts. Other guests smoke on a non-smoking floor and cook, and the smell invades your room. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great....

「no thing was major all acceptable range」

「It is clean but there is few insects and ants in the floor」

「The property was good, but the service was terrible. 」

「Please clean the room before guests arrived , specially from the dust .」

「ممتاز لكن الفطور مافيه بوفيه مفتوح بطلب」

「Thanks for the lady in reception desk. She really helps us a lot no matter in check-in process or transportation to airport. 」

「no not water for bathing」

「We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Alkhobar Hotel and Residences. The experience felt welcoming and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the team for making our visit so pleasant. We would be happy to return!」
