"This location has done a great job maintaining the level of hospitality from the beginning of their establishment in Gatlinburg. We have stayed there almost every year since they opened and at least twice a year.
But now something is going wrong, something is happening with the facility that has caused hesitation. They are moving to charging $15.00 per night to park in their parking lot. You know?,....The same parking lot at the hotel you're staying at.
Seriously, I have to pay to park at the same hotel I'm staying at?????
This ain't right,; on any level.......
Somehow greed and customer exploitation has now entered the picture.
We are truly saddened by the decision making by the management of this facility as this move will certainly cause our greatest hesitation when visiting the Gatlinburg area in the future."
