Warm birch plywood walls fill the home with a natural glow as the morning sun streams through the windows, while expansive ocean views provide a stunning backdrop from sunrise to sunset. The open-plan living space invites you to slow down, unwind and soak in the ever-changing seascape.

The well-appointed kitchen features premium appliances and filtered rainwater on tap, while an automatic ice maker ensures your evening gin and tonic is always perfectly chilled. Every detail has been considered to create a comfortable and effortless stay.

At the end of each day, drift off to sleep on luxurious latex mattresses dressed in premium Tekla linen from Denmark, with the soothing sound of the ocean providing nature's perfect soundtrack. Strictly no pets.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
