「I arrived at 8pm to find out there was a problem with my room's door lock and the door wouldn't close. I was ready to start trawling hotels for a last minute room but the lovely lady who acts as agent for the owner, pointed out to the owner that the main house, which sits in the same plot, was available for a couple of days, and so they gave me a large family house for a couple of days. I stay in Waterlooville regularly for business and will definitely stay again. 」

「The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. 「I loved my stay - it was everything I would have hoped for, and the host could not have been more welcoming. She'd installed a brand new smart TV, the internet access was instant, and there was coffee, tea, sugar and milk for the morning in the shared kitchen. This is a lovely little place for a single person or couple to stay in, and in nice weather there's a pleasant little garden to sit in as well.」
