「We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway to relax and we found it. The cabin was quiet and secluded, surrounded by trees and wildlife. We spent most of the weekend sitting in the screened-in porch and enjoying the breeze. The cabin itself was clean and well-stocked with all we needed. The owners left coffee and even a bottle of wine for our anniversary. We will definitely be back. 」

「Beautiful cabin in a beautiful area. It was very clean, well decorated and very serene and quiet. We felt like we were tucked away in our own little private forest. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach. Overall an excellent place to stay. We will for sure stay here again!」

「The Firefly Cottage was very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glasses, eating and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and lots of clean towels in kitchen and bath; plenty of TP, kleenex, salt and pepper, and a few other kitchen items to use. There were 3 TV's! We did have difficulty getting the sound loud enough on the TV, couldn't figure it out. We could have called owner and I'm sure they would have helped...

「This was a fun little cottage perfect for me and a friend to get away for a weekend. The property provided enough space to do activities outside, including a short trail they have around the property as well as enough space to watch movies and play games inside when we weren't out and about doing things in the area. Definitely plan to stay here again if I do more trips to the Mcgregor area. 」

「This cabin was tucked away in a nice part of Wisconsin and made for a lovely time away. There was a multitude of items that we were allowed to use during our stay that made it incredibly convenient- like the charcoal grill and various pots and pans inside. Extra kudos to the host for having quick response times and always being very helpful with any questions that we had. 」

「The Tanager was perfect for two guys on a fishing trip. Close to so many great trout streams, to great food and drink in Viroqua and peaceful.」

「We stayed here for a family wedding. The location is excellent t and it is a quiet little neighborhood. The cottage had plenty of space for four adults. It was cute and very well maintained. Definitely recommend!」
