“Room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had good selection of hot and cold items, along with fruit and yogurt for healthy options. Staff was very cordial upon check in and fun to talk to. Property was clean and easy to find.”

“Staff were friendly and professional. I would suggest dark out shades or adding drapes to the bedroom area windows. The blinds alone allow to much light for sleeping.”

“The Gibson Inn is one of my favorite hotels in all of Florida, if not the Southeastern USA. You just can’t beat old world charm and they just keep making the place better and better with improvements that don’t take away from its historical beauty. We were there this past summer, and upon coming back this week, they’ve put in a swimming pool! Parking has been improved and they’re adding a second restaurant. As usual, you get a great night’s sleep because of how quiet and peaceful……

“Although the first room wasn’t up to our expectations and the neighbors were extremely loud, the front desk staff were very kind and offered a different room and when that was just as bad with the noise they gave us one last room. If it wasn’t for that kindness in switching we would have driven back to Monticello. Thank you for giving us a quiet room in the end and being kind. ”

“Hotel was really nice and convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that's a personal preference thing and I won't fault them for that. Really nice staff and easy check in and check out. Would definitely return!”
