「Last minute weekend trip to New Braunfels and we found Hacienda. Great location, great facilities and onsite tube rental company on Guadalupe. The Bed and Pillows were the Best we have ever experienced. Definitely will come back in future.」

「This hotel accomplishes the feat of somehow not looking that old and being in absolutely disgraceful state at the same time. The only part of the building that still looks good is the outside. Once you enter, everything is dirty. The lobby, the hall ways, the elevators, and most inconvenient of all, the room was filthy. The whole place smells like there’s a sewer leak. Worn out furniture in the room. Everything is sticky, in the entire building, like nothing has even been cleaned for however...

「Overall, the stay was good for us. I know others in my party had a problem with their bed and it was unresolved. Management was not helpful to them either. They had a separate room with a huge dent in the mattress. Originally, they were going to be moved but another room was unavailable. Management was "unavailable" according to front desk. Hopefully, they get everything resolved.」

「Easy to find and get to. Amber was wonderful front desk person, Room was clean and well maintained. So many relaxing areas with chairs and end tables, picnic tables throughout property. Outdoor games to play. Peaceful surroundings, 2 docks for river swimming access. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub, very clean. Close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. We will certainly return!!!!!!」

「Hotel was great for the price. Receptionist was fantastic and check in was easy. Room was clean except for the bathtub but we never used it for being one night. Pillows were not great. The insides of the pillow were chunky and clumped together. Glad I brought my own pillow. All in all wasn’t a horrible night. Just bring your own pillows!」
