We had a nice stay. The rooms are a little outdated, but it didn't bother us. It was all that we needed. The view was the best part. Would stay here again!

We stayed in room 307, building 1300, just left of the main mansion building. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the view was beautiful. The only thing about the room I didn’t like was a shared balcony with the other guests. It wasn’t a big deal, but I thought we were renting a private deck. Otherwise I had a great stay. We will be coming back for another trip.

We were there in late October. We didn't get booked at the main resort building but at one of the side buildings. (no pool or hot tub facilities open). The restaurant at one of the other side buildings was elegant but we didn't have many vegetarian options available so we had an over priced fish and chips dish. However, our room was beautiful, had a fireplace and was right on the bay so our view was spectacular. One channel only on the TV but it was Netflix and so we watched a movie.

There is a front desk down at the main office, but most assistance is provided remotely 24/7 by the app or text. They are very responsive. We stayed in the Roundhouse right on the cove, the view was amazing and we really enjoyed it. We arrived at the end of the season and it was very quiet.

The views are AMAZING!!! We booked a whale watching tour (Outer Island Excursions) and you were able to get on the boat right there at the resort. We arrived later at night due to ferry delays, but the resort sends you the door code when your room is ready and we had no issues. 2 places to eat on property-Black Fish cafe and a bar and grill. The pool looked nice, but we did not have time to get in.

We liked the location and the view. The room was a bit tight. Considering it comes with a kitchenette at a bigger price, we expected to see a larger space. Overall, is a no contact service, and nobody cleans the room during our stay. For a longer period, this would probably be an inconvenience. Overall, considering the circumstances of being on a island, we loved our stay. servi
