“The price was fitting for what we needed. Very little to almost nothing check in instructions. The listing said AC, was surprised to find window units and the kids room did not have any unit so had to use a fan to blow air in there throughout the day and into the night. Did not specify no laundry washer/dryer on-site. Was not overly accommodating in providing options beforehand, especially when gets usually expect to have laundry onsite when renting a house. I had a dad and his two sons over to……

“The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”

“This property is beautiful and the host was very responsive. We were in town for a funeral so unfortunately wasnt able to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked to. The view is breathtaking, we saw deer, wild turkeys, swans and more. I would suggest kids 8 would be better suited. I had to chase my little around to ensure they weren't touching or playing with any of the decorations. Plenty of bathrooms and counter space. No cell reception but the Wi-Fi worked throughout the whole home.……

“Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”
