It was clean and so many left over things provided such as condiments, coffee, drinks, also charcoal. We did not use the grill this trip but it was nice that it was there! Hot tub was an amazing added bonus to property! It was so close to beaches and short trip to local dollar general. We ate at Romas pizza in town, their deep dish was delicious! “We had a great stay visiting family in Michigan. So much to do and everything is very close to the cottage (downtown St. Joes, Silver Beach, etc). The cottage is awesome for families and we felt like we had room to spread out. Host was also very communicative. Thanks for a fun trip!”

“My family and I were attending a wedding in St Joseph’s and Ethan’s home was a perfect spot to stay. The pictures of the home are accurate, the beds comfy, we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there for that if needed. Ethan was easily reachable when my mother in law was having trouble with the code and she got in within minutes of me reaching Ethan. We enjoyed our two night stay immensely and would stay here again. Thank you Nathan for everything! Greg!”

“We enjoyed this cabin over the Memorial Day weekend. It had everything we needed to grill, have a fire, and enjoy nature. Hosts responded quickly to messages and thought of many little details to help make the stay comfortable. We enjoyed watching movies, sitting on the screened in porch, and having lunch on the patio. We also enjoyed the board games and made use of many of the kitchen items.”

“We had a wonderful time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep. Other owners had golf carts which definitely makes the trek easier. One nice neighbor saw us about to……

“We had a very nice stay in this remodeled home not far from St. Joe. We stayed there with family for a local wedding. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids, but we could potentially have slept a few more given the extra beds in basement. Our kids were very excited to find that there was also air hockey and basketball in the basement- they spent a ton of time down there! “We were able to enjoy an AMAZING long weekend in this home! A group of nine of us chose this as our base camp to go brewery/winery/distillery hopping. We ended up only visiting two breweries because we felt so at-home here. The farm-style dining table and the large, open living room allowed everyone to partake in the conversation. The kitchen was well-stocked enough to allow meal preparation for everyone, so we saved money by cooking instead of going out to restaurants every meal. We had a lot……
