"Entered the room and could already see that the room was not cleaned as it should be and the throw on the bed had all stains and hairs attached to it, the bathroom had all hair in the sink and bathroom looked unclean, got changed ready to use the spa and noticed we didn’t have any robes or slippers to wear down to the spa area, had to get changed and go down to reception and then get changed again. Booked a table in the restaurant and got put in a dark little gloomy corner with a wobbly table and chair. The menu had about four things on it and cost an arm and a leg so ended up getting a cab in to dartford and to feed two people there cost less than what it would of cost to feed one and the grange. The pool was cold and there was empty plastic cups left all around the edge of the pool. An overall experience this hotel is not worth the money it costs. "

"Breakfast was decent, room was very comfortable and lovely and clean. Unfortunately there was a bit of guest noise due to a wedding being on, but it wasnt horrendous, am just a light sleeper. Lifts are a little slow to open doors. "

"Terrible place completely opposite of the picture they put and scam you .Iam very surprised how come hotels.com as a service provider don’t inspect the premises or do the checks if the property looks like what they advertised I book it for 3 days went their stayed one night as I didn't had a option to cancel and nothing was near "
