T2 cottage for 2 to 4 people
For your stay in Corsica, we welcome you in this pretty Very nice furnished T2, very comfortable of 30m². With magnificent sea view, for 2 to people.
This cottage is located on the ground floor of our villa, in the middle of a masked park of 4500m², very quiet.
You will have a beautiful private terrace facing West, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
Beautiful swimming pool, solarium and garden of scrub and fruit trees available.
Private parking.

Composition:
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and Wc, an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) opening onto a living room with a double sofa bed.
French window opening onto the private terrace and the garden. Garden Lounge. TV. Wireless. Swing shutters. Air conditioner.
Bed linen not provided (Possibility with supplement: +30€ / bed).
Towels not provided (Possibility with supplement: +20€ / pers.).
End of stay cleaning not included (possibility with supplement: +80€).

For your stay in Corsica, we welcome you in our pretty furnished T2, very comfortable with magnificent sea view, for 2 to 4 People.
These cottages are located on the ground floor of our villa, in the middle of a very quiet 4500m² parkland.
You will have a beautiful private terrace facing West, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.
Beautiful swimming pool, solarium and garden of scrub and fruit trees available.
Private parking.

South shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, on the Hill of Pietre Rossa, between Porticcio and Eccica-Suarella

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce très beau gîte. Les hôtes sont très disponibles, à l écoute et très arrangeants (pour notre part ils ont « subi » le décalage de notre vol) Le gîte offre une très belle vue sur la baie d Ajaccio, est très bien équipé et est très propre. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter

Great location and facilities, with some improvements

Great view👍 really clean and well equiped place! Everything you need for a stay is available: kitchen, sleeping room, bathroom and even a washing machine, everything has been given attention. Nice surroundings, private parking place, close to the beaches and cities. The improvements or points of attention are: small bed, not enough shadow on the terrace, additional costs (cleaning 80,- deposit of 300,- and rental costs of bedlinen and towels, which ofcourse is a choice) and a thorough final inspection of the property which we are not used to.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le gîte est comme sur les photos, très propre et il ne manque rien pour ce sentir comme chez soi. Isabelle et Emmanuel sont très gentils et serviables. Quand à la vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio avec en prime le coucher de soleil le soir c'est super. Je recommande ce lieu, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans le logement d’Emmanuel et Isabelle. Le logement ainsi que la vue sont identiques aux photos. Emmanuel et Isabelle sont très accueillants et très agréables. Ils ont pu nous conseiller sur des visites et meme nous prêter des palmes pour notre loulou qui a été très content de nager comme un poisson avec. Un vrai bonheur !
