The "La Maison Arlequin" holiday rental is a comfortable and welcoming vacation rental, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Nestled in the Boulonnais countryside, it offers a peaceful and relaxing setting. Located just a 15-minute drive from Boulogne-sur-Mer or Hardelot, this house is the perfect base for exploring the Opal Coast.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.
 
The first bedroom, located on the half-floor, is ideal for a couple with its double bed . On the same level, there is the bathroom equipped with a shower and the separate toilet.
 
The second bedroom is upstairs and offers 2 beds with two single beds .
 
For families with young children, a baby cot can also be provided upon request.
 
Equipment
 
The La Maison Arlequin gîte is a very well-equipped rental to guarantee a pleasant stay for vacationers.
 
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
The cottage is also equipped with a washing machine.
For moments of relaxation or teleworking, enjoy a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi access.
 
For families with a baby, a high chair and baby bath can be provided upon request.
 
The Arlequin gîte is equipped with a pleasant wood-burning stove, ideal for quickly warming up when the season requires it.
The cottage is also equipped with electric radiators in the bedrooms, thus guaranteeing a pleasant temperature during the winter period.
Available upon arrival: toilet paper, absorbent paper, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, shower gel, basic groceries.

The cottage features a pleasant, private terrace. It's ideal for spending quality time with family or friends, while enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.
Holidaymakers can also enjoy the barbecue during their stay.
Children can have fun on the swing available to them in both gîtes.
 
Free private parking for 1 car.
Guests have the option of recharging an electric car at the Clos de Tournes charging station.
 
Breakfast
 
You can order a delicious breakfast from Caroline, much appreciated by visitors, to discover local specialties such as cheeses, fruit juices, fresh bread and pastries, as well as homemade jams prepared with fruit from the Clos de Tournes orchard.
Breakfast is available for €15 per person per day. It is recommended to book directly with Caroline the day before.
 
Remarks
 
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, the cottage is completely non-smoking inside and outside the common areas.
 
Pets are not allowed.
 
Rates
 
The rental rate for Maison Arlequin starts at €465 per week in low season and starts at €635 per week during the summer holiday period.
 
The minimum stay is 3 days. Prices decrease based on the length of stay.

Cleaning fees, sheets and towels are included in the rental price.
 
The 6% tourist tax, as well as the electricity and wood costs consumed during the rental period, will be payable at the end of the stay.
