「The 3 bedroom unit was definitely a bit tired and in need of a good clean and freshen up. The playground areas as well are in need of upgrading. Worth noting there is no wifi in the park and extremely limited 4G/5G connection so forget working, streaming movies, or even sending WhatsApp messages in our experience (Telstra and Optus). The thing that hit us the most was the absolute lack of regard to quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the facilities. Yes, the park has notices - "NO NOISE AFTER...

「When we entered the room we were given the beds were unmade and someone else's luggage was in there so we had to request another room. We were on a ground floor and there was a lot of noise from above when people showered and flushed the toilet. The TV was not working.」

「It's a fantastic caravan park, but the unit we stayed in needed a deep clean. Several surfaces had not been wiped, and windowsills were very dusty and full of flies. Some kitchen items were very dirty. When I raised the issue with staff they reacted professionally and said they would do something about it. Other than that, the view is beautiful, the area peaceful and the staff extremely helpful. A lovely place to take children.」
