“This was a very nice place to stay. A lot of room for the kids to play in the yard and the river. Also we had previously arranged to park two of our RVs on the property. It is quiet and off the beaten path but still easy to get to. Ron is a great host.”

“We found this house a charming engagement with the local agricultural landscape. Just across the quiet street was the barn with boxes of organic peaches from the nearby orchard. We bought a box from the orchard owner. Beside the house is the 6380’ Winery, also the owner of the house we stayed in. The back yard is shaded by large spruce trees with a great deck and green back yard. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms it seemed like a bargain. The house is spacious with plenty of seating……

A short drive to some of the most spectacular views on the Grand Mesa and under an hour to Palisade and Grand Junction. The interior of the space was comfortable and spacious for five adults, with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s clear David and Deese take great care to keep the property clean and in good repair.
