“Very happy with this property. The beach was awesome, the house was just big enough for 3 of us, the location was convenient to a lot of things. The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!”

“My husband and I had such an amazing 9 days staying at John’s home on Lake Martin. The house was 5-Stars in every way. Clean, well stocked with essentials, and I loved that the light switches were labeled so we could easily find our way around. It was a few steps to the water where we sipped drinks while watching the sunset from the dock. “This is our 3rd time staying here. We love the location on the lake. You won’t find a larger lake lot. Easy to park the boat and lots of space for swimming, relaxing and fishing. ”

“The home and views were great. The home is well stocked and there was ample space for all 10 of us. The outdoor space was amazing also Parking not so great for us. We all had large vehicles (2 Ford F250’s and 1 Ford Expedition Max. Getting in and out was a tough squeeze but we managed. Parking would be easier for smaller vehicles. ”

I appreciate that it had baby gates so my youngest kids could not go down the stairs. We spent one afternoon at the floating dock. “This is a verly clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home. The beds are comfortable. You can park your car steps away from the entry, making loading and unloading easy. The hot tub was very clean and large. All the features on it were in working order. It was the nicest hot tub I have been in at rental properties. It was very relaxing to watch the sunrise from the hot tub overlooking the wooded back yard. The host answered all my questions promptly. I had a lovely visit. ”

“We had a beautiful weekend on the lake with our son. It’s a small cottage with beautiful front porch. Owner lives next door and allows you to use dock and paddle boats. Grill came in handy. No dishwasher but for three people not a big deal to wash dishes. Bring your own lake towels. Plenty of space to park two vehicles. Highly recommend!”
