「The staff at this hotel are very kind and the location is good, with walkable distances to the sights of central Yerevan. The hotel has some shortcomings. The air circulation in my room was poor. There was always a stale smell. The windows could not be opened and running the ventilation fans in the ceiling made no difference. The fans were too noisy to use at night. There was mould around the window and on the shower grouting. The room was not very inviting with grey walls and cold white ceiling...

「Staff were so friendly! The breakfast option was delicious and had different meals each day. Super nice lady at the breakfast area who was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and was turned around often. Stayed with two adults and 2 kids for 7 days and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds! Walking distance to central Yerevan. Would stay again! 」

「A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. The hotel was very clean which was much appreciated. Narine was doing an amazing job with spotless cleaning. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in Yerevan.
