"We had an amazing time. The place is so beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Our cabin (Chalé 10) was exact what we expect from the pictures and we loved the layout and the bed was super comfy. Shower was amazing. Private pool is heated, and the other pools in common areas as well. Tip: the private pool is very noisy during the night so we would ask the staff to turn the pump off at night. There are many activities you can do and plan ahead such as horse hiding, hiking and national park visit. However, the staff just present the options and hook you up with the third party that provides the services and don’t really assist you in more than that. Since majority of staff and on those businesses don’t speak english, be ready to figure it out how to communicate somehow. It looks like they are starting to develop more and more to receive non- Portuguese speakers but still a long way to go. The staff is super friendly and will do everything to make you feel welcomed. We did couples massage and it was very nice. One thing to be aware is the infrastructure of the roads to get there. They are just finishing paving most of the roads that lead there but still some rough areas. Depending on where you come from, you might experience some tough unpaved roads. Restaurants were very nice and meals presentation were great, but don’t expect an amazing flavor experiences. The meals were ok. Overall, we had a great experience and we recommend the place if your are ready for the adventure."
