Walk To Town - Beautiful Edgartown House

Walk to downtown Edgartown in minutes while staying in this charming two-story home in the heart of Upper Main Street.

The home's main level offers a well appointed living room with a plush sofa, a guest room with a queen bed, completely remodeled bathroom with large glass shower, newly renovated kitchen with all-new appliances and dining room that accommodates 6. The large fenced in backyard features an outdoor shower, deck with dining furniture, gas grill, and Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings in Martha's Vineyard. The upstairs level features another full bathroom that has been newly remodeled with farmhouse double sink + shower/tub combo, along with a bedroom with two twin beds and a primary bedroom with a queen bed.

You cannot beat the location of this home! You're a short 10 minute walk from Edgartown's amazing restaurants and shops, in addition to a short bike ride to Katama's famous South Beach or Oak Bluff's State Beach. Both easily accessible via the bike paths near the home.

The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. To minimize person-to-person contact you'll be able to check-in via a smart lock with a personalized code for your booking. Plus, our expert cleaning crew is following all current CDC guidelines for making sure our home is disinfected and safe.

GUEST ACCESS
Our guests have access to the entire house! Both the first and second floors, along with access to a portion of the basement where the laundry machines are. In addition, we have a private driveway that can accommodate two cars, along with a large fenced in backyard.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
If you're familiar with Edgartown, you'll appreciate that our home is located after the triangle - which is convenient in the height of summer when traffic going into Edgartown can be very congested. Also, since parking can be a pain in downtown Edgartown, you'll enjoy leaving your car parked at the house! Plus the 10 minute walk to town is lovely!

Another fabulous stay!

This is our 5th year staying at this property and it is always just a perfect pleasure. Everything is spotless and well-styled, the amenities are just what you would need for a beach vacation, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful while also somehow being completely central to everything. Claire is a wonderful host who is always responsive and helpful. We love our stays at this property and highly recommend it for families with young children, who will love the enclosed yard and the outdoor shower!

What a wonderful stay on this magical island! Claire was very responsive to all our questions throughout the planning of our trip. The house is incredibly convenient to Edgartown! Walk is beautiful or it’s a quick drive to the center of town. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the bunnies in the yard and the birds in the trees. Very peaceful. The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable , and the kitchen was well appointed (but we couldn’t find any pot holders or dish towels). We loved our week!

Girls Getaway

We had 5 girls and this house was perfect! Plenty of space and the 2 full bathrooms were beautiful. This had a lovely backyard perfect for taking in all the greenery. The home was walkable to several things around you and into town. Host was very responsive and nice. We would totally stay here again.

Really excellent spot!

This is our second summer vacation at this property and we already booked for next year. This house is the perfect location to walk to Edgartown, Stop & Shop and the meat market are right there and you can hit the bike trail going to state beach/ob or toward katama at either end of the street. The house is clean, comfortable with a living room for movie nights, deck to bbq, fenced in yard to store your bikes and things, laundry, and the beds are really comfortable. Two indoor showers and one outdoor. The hosts are really amazing, so welcoming and super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this spot!

Very nice accommodations in a convenient location

Wonderful property. Well stocked with comfortable beds and furniture. Upgraded bathrooms and large outdoor shower worked well for our group of 6 adults. Restaurants, grocery, and liquor store all a short walk away. The walk to the town center is about 15 minutes and is scenic. Would definitely stay again.

Another wonderful stay!

Our family had another wonderful early summer stay at Claire and Marcos’ home! The house is perfect for our children (ages 3 and 5), who love the backyard, outdoor shower, and sharing the twin bedroom. Well appointed, with all the amenities, and close to everything. We can’t wait to return!

Great MDW family vacation

Took a family vacation over Memorial Day weekend with my family of 6 plus an infant. The house was awesome, updated and had everything we needed. Location was great with just under a mile walk to downtown Edgartown. The yard was spacious and back deck was enjoyed for evening bbq. Claire was a lovely host! Very accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

In town event

Our group was in town to participate in the MS bike the island fundraiser. Rental location suited our needs perfectly. Short walk to groceries, some restaurants, and a brewery which was the location for the MS registration and welcome. Home worked well for 6 guests. Bathrooms were beautifully updated, although more towels for bath and kitchen use were needed. Lovely deck/ yard area for relaxing after the event.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this home during our daughter's wedding weekend. It was so beautifully decorated and light and bright. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! Weekend stay to attend a family wedding

My husband and I stayed at the property with my brother and sister in law to attend a wedding in Edgartown. The property was lovely and we had everything we needed. The property is in a very convenient location - it truly is just a short walk to town. We will definitely stay there again if we ever get the opportunity to come back to Martha's Vineyard.

Perfect stay!

We felt at home right away. This house is clean, comfy and cozy. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Beds are very comfortable. And it’s a 10 - 15 minute walk to town! Outstanding! We’ll be back!

Late Summer Vacation

We had a great week at Claire's home. A nice 15 minute (with 2 kids) walk to central Edgartown, even faster by bike. Located on a quiet street with lots of privacy from tall front hedges and the large fenced-in backyard (which the kids loved running around in.) Very nice interior and just enough room for our family. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Claire!

Excellent trip!

This property is excellent! Plenty of room for my family of four (2 kids ages 12 and 11). Beds were super comfortable and bedrooms are big with plenty of storage for clothes. House has everything you will need chairs, towels, beautiful new outdoor shower, great backyard, of the kitchen things and no extra clutter. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to downtown or super quick bike ride (although the walk was really nice and enjoyable with the kids) and stop and shop, meat and fish and hardware store are a two minute walk away. You can also hop on the bike trail going to state beach, katama or morning glory farm from the street. Very convenient location!The host is amazing - reached out to see if we got in okay, replied to my questions about booking really quickly and really they have thought of everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. We had an amazing time and have already booked for next season. If you are looking to stay on MV and explore with your family, you should book this house, just wonderful!!

Fantastic Rental

Wonderful House/Experience
