"Nice, quiet, clean. Easy to manage. Pretty good location for our woodlands, grogan mills, spring needs. Kitchen etc all looked very well stocked but me and my 3 international coworkers didn’t cook. Played some pool and foosball so that was nice for hanging out. Very comfortable beds. Only ding was checkout is only 11 and they want essentially a full night rate to checkout at 1, so just put that in your decision if that matters at all. "

"Room smelt like piss. Toilet paper holder was broken, towels smelt repulsive. Floor was wet, our socks kept getting soaked. "

"Very nice and clean home! Beds were very comfortable! Had all the amenities that we needed. Only recommendation(for people who like to read in bed before going to bed): a small night light in the upstairs bedrooms so the overhead bedroom light does not need to stay on when others in the room are trying to fall asleep. Other than that, the home met our needs! "

"We comfortably enjoyed staying at this conveniently located cottage. Check-in was very easy and after arrival, a key fob for the entrance gate was supplied for further entries onto the property. There was ample room in the living room, kitchen and dining room. There were king beds in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom had separate his and hers vanities and sinks in the primary bedroom and a full walk in closet as well. We were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer too. You can't beat the location with the HEB down the street and a Starbucks less than a mile away. Adam, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying at this location again and hope to take advantage of the pool, clubhouse with pool table and the fitness center just across the pathway."
