正在施工的酒店
1.酒店正在装修中，环境乱七八糟。 2.楼梯在1楼（ground)的出口封闭，只能从另一侧上下楼，在2层东拐西拐，穿过4道门，带拉杆箱，不太方便。 3.房间里无WiFi，只能在前台上网，但是没有椅子。 4.前台男士态度冰冷。

Nice journey
It's a little bit far when you walk form train station to hotel , but you can take a bus. Hotel just near the bus stop. Hotel staff is friendly and kindly to introduce the sightseeing information about the town. Living in the hotel is comfortable, and the English breakfast is good.

Very noisy. Room was right at the front door so you heard every coming and going from 5am. Room also faced onto a main road so once the traffic got started in the morning forget getting any sleep. Bed was also a metal bed frame that squeaked every time you turned over. There would definitely be no " fun" taking place. Lol. Definitely wasn't worth the £99 price tag for 1 night. Very basic more hostel like. If I could ask for money back I would ! Dont know about other rooms we were in room 1. Definitely avoid this room if you plan on getting any sleep. Staff were helpful on the plus side.

We had a door to the balcony but there was no lock on the door. It was very uncomfortable knowing our belongings and selves at night were not fully secure.

There was no staff to checkin at 1pm and no staff at checkout at 10am, I had bags which I could not drop off which was very inconvenient. No breakfast offered at hotel. Window in room was very drafty and did not offer any sound insulation from the busy road

Fantastic
Absolutely outstanding value for money, the staff can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean and spacious and it’s great location. Stay here regularly and won’t stay anywhere else.

Just poor
I booked to stay here for new year, why the hotel itself is in a great location, easy to find and with parking, the room very disappointing. The toilet was not attached to the floor, the shower doors didn't close at all and the shower itself had little to no pressure, the bathroom was covered in paint on the floor, there was mould everywhere. The list is endless and then to out right deny any partial refund is a kick in the teeth. I would not recommend this hotel and I will be leaving the same review on trip advisor. I also have pictures and videos to back up all comments I have made above.

Perfect for a 2 night stay over Hogmanay with my best friend. Close to all bus stops directly into the city in only 15 mins and the Canon Toll shopping centre only 5 mins walk away. Hotel is a little bit dated with narrow doors in the corridor and shower drain hole could do with a refresh/replace but beds/sheets were clean & coffee/tea available. Great to have parking on site which is hard to come by in Edinburgh!! Overall just what we needed for our brief stay. Thank you :)

The hotel is super nice, we've been there twice. Unfortunately room 22 was very, very bad this time. Not clean and there was still an empty bottle in the shower from the previous person. But the worst thing was that there was a door in the toilet. The room wasn't made either.

Okay-ish
Check-in was not really welcoming. Felt like we were disturbing the guy. The other guests was very inconsiderate, making noise till 2am in the morning (not the hotel’s fault I guess). Luke warm water that ran out half way through the shower. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would have had a great sleep if it was not for the other guests.

A main issue, for me, was the unreliable, unsecure wi-fi connection in my room. I complained three times; nothing was done. The manager explained at one point that the signal was better in another part of the house -- some help! Another major problem: part-time reception desk that did not even respect their hours of operation sometimes. Thirdly, miserly water pressure in the shower. Finally, thin walls meant I heard the neighbour peeing, talking, coughing and laughing.

Was presently surprised by the hotel facilities and our overall stay. Was nervous, as some of the other reviews were quite negative, but our stay was great , clean room , of decent size , that had everything we needed, and the bus stop is literally outside the hotel , so very convenient location , only 15 min bus ride from town. Would recommend.

Voor deze prijsklasse was het oke Ik zat aan de straatkant en was heel luidruchtig qua verkeer Hotelkamer kon schoner, raam zit grote barst in, alleen bij inchecken iemand van het hotel gesproken of gezien Ov voor de deur is top, groot winkelcentrum om de hoek. Naar de stad lopen kan ook. Is wel 35 minuten lopen.

Disappointing Experience
I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the main issues that greatly affected my stay was the lack of hot water availability. The hotel only provided hot water during specific hours in the morning, which was highly inconvenient, especially for guests who prefer to have a refreshing shower in the evening or after a long day of exploring the city. Moreover, even during the designated hot water hours, the water pressure was extremely poor. It was difficult to enjoy a proper shower due to the weak flow of water. This lack of water pressure made the overall bathing experience quite unpleasant and left me feeling dissatisfied with the basic amenities provided by the hotel. While I understand that hotels may face certain limitations or maintenance issues, it is essential to address such concerns promptly to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet these expectations, and it significantly impacted my overall impression of the establishment. Furthermore, the inconvenience caused by the limited hot water availability and poor water pressure was not adequately compensated by other positive aspects of the hotel. The staff, although polite, did not go the extra mile to rectify the situation or offer any alternative solutions. In conclusion, due to the lack of consistent hot water availability and low water pressure, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers

Daily Room service only included making the bed. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned / wiped down, towels not replaced, nor were used dishes replaced. Significant mold growth in the ceiling and pink mold in the shower crevices and on the spout. Toilet leaned to the left as floors were very thin and quite loud. No fresh water supplied. Only condiment sized packet of soap supplied. Street noise and guest noise quite loud. Would not recommend.
