Old Town 2BR Apt with Lift, Parking and Views
This stylish 2-bedroom top-floor apartment is located in central Old Town, on a street just off the Royal Mile. Iconic attractions such as the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Arthur's Seat, the Scottish Parliament and St Giles' Cathedral are within a short walking distance.
The flat is on the 6th floor (also the top floor) and has a private parking space if you request to use it in advance. You can enjoy a wonderful view of Salisbury Crags and the Forth estuary from the living room.

With only a three-minute walk to the Royal Mile, and close proximity to some of the city's most iconic attractions such as the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Museum of Edinburgh, Canongate Kirk, The People's Story Museum, Scottish Storytelling Centre and The Chocolatarium, the Scottish Parliament, St Giles Cathedral, and Dynamic Earth, making it one of the perfect spot for festivals, New Year, Hogmanay, or Christmas stays.

Parking
The flat also has a private parking space. Should you need parking during your stay, we offer one parking space within the complex. Kindly inform me at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your arrival date to secure parking.
IMPORTANT:
Please make sure you park in the correct bay, following the instructions I'll send you before check-in. If you park in the wrong bay, or in a bay belonging to another resident, the building's property management company will charge you a fee, which you'll be responsible for paying. It's therefore essential that you park in the correct bay, as shown in the check-in details I'll send you closer to your arrival date.

Lift access to the sixth floor
The building is equipped with a lift, which was upgraded in Autumn 2024.
For your convenience, the lift provides access to the sixth floor.
When using the lift, please ensure you do not overload it with luggage or other items.
Overloading can cause malfunctions and delays, so please be mindful of the lift's capacity.

-A bright and sunny lounge/dining room
- A modern fitted kitchen
- 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room with 2 single beds.
- An en suite shower room and a large family bathroom.
- Secure parking for one car available on request. Please request this at least 3 days before your arrival date.
LIVING ROOM
- Spacious living room with comfortable sofa, dining table, and large windows with a view of Salisbury Crags and the Forth estuary.
KITCHEN
- Equipped with useful appliances such as a hob, oven, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave.
BEDROOM
- Each of the bedrooms is fitted with a mattress topped with linens.
- The main bedroom has a double bed.
- The 2nd bedroom is set up with two single beds.
BATHROOM
- One large family bathroom with a bath (please note there is no handheld shower attachment) and an en-suite shower room in the double bedroom.
LAUNDRY
- A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided in the apartment.
WHAT'S MORE
- Free WIFI is provided in the apartment.
- Hairdryer, shampoo, body, and hand wash are provided.
- Tea & coffee are provided in the kitchen cupboard.
- Guest will have access to the entire space.
- If you plan to use the private parking bay, please let me know at least 3 days in advance as it needs to be reserved. Parking is free of charge but need to reserve in advance. Please request this after placing the booking.
- A travel cot and high chair can be provided for free on request at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Please note there is no linen provided for the travel cot, so you will need to bring your own linen for the cot if you need to use it.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Guests are required to pay a refundable security damage deposit after the booking is confirmed. The security damage deposit will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
**Please note the apartment is not suitable for hosting any parties. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests only**
