愛丁堡貼心的旅館
我們是4人家庭旅遊，房間是一張雙人床加一張上下舖，床和寢具很舒適，房間寬敞，設備完善，房間有獨立藍牙音樂系統，可以播放自己喜愛的音樂，雖然樓下旁邊是pub,但氣密窗隔音不錯，旅館位置有些偏僻，要托行李上上下下才能到達。

Good hostel for people trvael with light bags.
It's more like a hostel but with chick interior. Staff were friendly and nice which compensate a lot toward the not really easy to access.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice and helpful. However, if you have big luggage with you, you will find it difficult to reach there. Overall, very good experience.

Very nice staff
The most impressive thing is they help us to keep the luggage for 3 days even we just stay one night at the hotel! And all the staff are very nice and helpful

Convenient, Hip & comfy hotel
Location is good, close to city center. Room extremely comfy. Amenities are all very good. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. P.S. Food at the Three Sisters pub there is good too.

Bab bab, family tour must not stay in this hotel
Never Never go there !! Terrible 1) nobody in receptions front desk for 30 min while 4 customers were waiting. 2) TV not worked 3) this hotel only care about its Night bar business located right below hotel and the whole front yard. Yang people drank beer, talk loud, crazy until at least 3 at midnight, Every night.

我們9個人住Dorm房,是個很特別的體驗
飯店服務人員親切,退房後可以寄放行李,我們租好車開回去搬行李時,服務人員還幫助我們搬了幾件行李,真是非常感謝! 因為飯店一樓是酒吧,所以每天都吵到很晚(非常吵),但是床很舒服很好睡,我一下就睡著了,不過怕吵的人要考慮一下! Dorm房有2間廁所與2間淋浴間,最多可以住到9人,但是我覺得6人比較剛好,9人有點擁擠的感覺! 房間裡有冰箱非常方便,每天都有更換毛巾,但是沒有補充茶包,咖啡與沐浴用品,我們連續住了4天其實根本不夠用! 整體來說有中上的品質!

裝修具特色，惟洗手盆太小，使用時不方便。入住時正是愛丁堡藝術節，附近非常熱鬧，酒店與酒吧相連，地下正門外每晚均有派對舉行，幸而房間仍十分安靜。

The hotel is located very near the tourist attractions at Edinburgh. However, the interior condition of the hotel is poor. The carpet is dirty and the shower room definitely needs some improvement. It was very noise at night as there was a bar at the ground floor of the hotel. Overall, the hotel was too expensive and was not worth the price.

El lugar se vende como hotel, pero parece más hostal, al llegar te dicen que tienen un poco de todo, tanto de hotel boutique como de hostal. El lugar está muy céntrico, a 8 minutos caminando de la estación de tren, y a no más de 15 minutos a cualquier punto turístico de Edimburgo, tiene muy cerca tiendas como Tesco, para poder comprar tus alimentos, tiene también muchos bares alrededor incluyendo uno a un lado qie pertenece al hotel. El ruido del bar llega a las habitaciones, así que no se puede descansar muy bien, los sábados termina la fiesta a las 4am, otros días a las 2am. El día que llegamos (a las 12pm) nos resguardaron las maletas mientras daba la hora del check in, nos regresamos a las 2:30pm debido a que me sentía muy mal y quería recostarme, nos vieron a esa hora y si notaron en recepción que me sentía mal, a las 3 nos acercamos para hacer el check in, pero no tenían disponible la habitación, nos pidieron unos minutos ya que estaban terminando de limpiarla, y así nos trajeron hasta pasadas las 4pm, que no indicaron que todavía se iban a tardar, ya que había otras antes que la nuestra, terminamos haciendo check in a las 7pm. Al día siguiente hicieron la limpieza al cuarto, dejando de lado el baño, que quedó sucio, el siguiente día ni se tomaron la molestia de entrar, no se hizo limpieza. El pasillo del elevador, en el piso que da a recepción y al bar, estuvo plegostioso 2 días, las mesas del desayuno tampoco se limpiaron. El agua para tomar del baño, salía blanca.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. They describe themselves as a cross between a boutique hotel and a hostel and that is about right. Our room was clean and very comfortable

This place is overrated and overpriced for what it offfers. Rooms are ok, large tv, fridge and a/c, however cold air come from the windows. The breakfast was poor and definitely overpriced. The staff was very young, generally friendly and kind but could see lack of professional training. Overall an ok stay but value provided not worth the money.

Do NOT stay here if you want any sleep or quiet. The bar next door has a late licence, and has extremely loud music on till at least 2am. There is no watning of this, but even if a hotel doesnt want to broadcast that kind of negative aspect, the least they can do is a) improve the sound proof in rooms including sounfproof/light reducing curtain or blind and b) put carpet on staircase which is in use 24/7 (think drunk people at 3am stomping/clattering up uncarpeted stairs just behind the wall where your bed is). Awful night. At least warn guests!!

The “full size” bed was two twin beds pushed together with mattresses that looked older than me and a mattress topper that looked equally old and used so was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work at all and the windows wouldn’t stay open. The wifi didn’t work in the room nor did cell service which was very frustrating because I wasn’t able to plan the next day of my trip in my room at night. Definitely for a much younger crowd.

the room was forgotten to be cleaned on the first day. the room is located in another building which is sharing the same floor with the toilets of bar. unfortunately it smells. because of the customers, it was noisy. highly disappointing experience...

No one at the counter for 15 minutes, no bathroon for guests, told we had to unzip our beds to get Twins beds, no linen for two mattresses, towels were stained. After a long day traveling it took 1.5 hours to make the room livable.

Right next door to The Three Sisters and amidst university student accommodation so felt lively and friendly. My room was at the back so very quiet. Breakfast great with full Scottish option including haggis. All the staff friendly.

This hotel is not for families. The music from the bar below played until one in the morning every night. Its location was hard to get to and you had to walk through the bar to get to your room. There was a large spider in the bunk beds and the bathroom door has no locking fixture so there is no privacy. We would never stay here again nor recommend it.

My group stayed in the 4 bedroom, we had to deal with mold. The shower tile was disgusting. A little help on. know how the lighting system worked would have been helpful. Cute place though. The music was playing from the bar, but not so bad that we couldn’t fall asleep

Fun and CENTRAL!
Had a great time, very fun part of town, very friendly staff. Room worked perfectly for what needed, and the late night-music was not bothersome to us. The mold in the bathroom needed attention or we'd have given a higher rating.
