這住宿不宜用酒店這名稱，應該直接叫公寓比較恰當。另外，洗衣設施要用Apps,對只使用一兩次的人來說，不設實際。地方雖然小，但有小型廚房和雪櫃，都可以說，價廉物美。

Es gibt viele Bewertungen die Appartements wären zu klein, zu stickig etc. Ja, aber es ist eine Studenten Unterkunft und ich war wirklich schon in schlechteren Hotels. Der Empfang war super freundlich, die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig aber super zentral. Es war etwas warm in den Räumen, aber wir haben einfach mal ne zeitlang die Haustür aufgemacht und durchgelüftet. Die Betten sind recht klein, aber es hat überraschend gut geklappt darin zu zweit zu schlafen. Aber man muss sich schon sehr mögen. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber es war auch nicht dreckig. Alles in Allem kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde es auch wieder buchen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The room was of adequate size but for 2 people the beds where too small I’d say more of a queen size than double. Was the cheapest accommodation we could find during the fringe and in a good location for many of the acts.

Everything was fine apart from one thing. All the doors bang very loudly unless you keep hold of them and allow them to close softly. Unfortunately people didn't do this, meaning you'd be woken up either late at night or extremely early. The accommodation needs to invest in some soft-close door closers.

It was nice to have a little kitchen area so that I could refigerate and prepare food if necessary. The only thing that was a little disconcerting was that you can't get OUT without pushing buttons or using the key card. My key card never worked on the card reader getting into the lobby, so if someone hadn't been in the lobby, I couldn't have gotten out. It made me feel a bit trapped. But everyone was very nice and helpful. Easy walk to the Royal Mile.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was fine for a couple of nights. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The sink did not drain very quickly. The doors slam very loudly. Good internet connection.

Me gustó:bastante cerca del centro y la acogida en recepción buena. Me disgustó: la escasez de medios invertidos en la habitación. El cuarto de baño con un ventilador ruidoso apagándose a los 20min cada vez que abres la puerta y sin ningún trocito de jabón para manos y cuerpo. La cama sin hacer en 2 días y 2 toallas sin cambiar.

Great location on the royal mile - close to Arthur’s seat. It was okay for literally going to bath and sleep - we only went in and out. However, our room was not kept in clean condition. It was dusty; the bathroom was small, mold on the bathroom floor; no A/C, we had a very small window (we could not open it any more) and it got really stuffy in the room. The room also had a terrible smell (combination of cigarettes and old smell). The lady in the reception was nice enough to give us a fan, but it was extremely dusty and we couldn’t even use it (she warned me it hadn’t been used in months). We had to buy a candle to help with the smell of the room. I wanted to be honest with our stay, to warn others. If all you need is to bath and sleep it’s okay, but be warned about the smell, coolness, and cleanliness.

Location, condition, and service all great! The fan in the bathroom was VERY loud and automatically set to run for 30 minutes every time you went into the room. The bed was also quite uncomfortable; an old style spring mattress.

Dirty and overpriced - not recommended!
Very dirty bathroom and kitchenette area, hairs in the bathroom and food particles on the plates. Clearly housekeeping needs to do their job better! It’s overpriced for what is basically a single uni accommodation room. And they’re selling it as a double room!! The only positive is the location...

These are basic student apartments. The beds are pretty uncomfortable but not terrible, the apartments are a little run down but clean, the layout is a little awkward if you want to spend any time together as a group in the room (there's nowhere to sit other than the beds and a tiny kitchen bar), but the location is fantastic (backs right onto the Royal Mile and easy walking distance to basically everything you'd want to see in Edinburgh) and the employees are friendly, polite, and helpful. Ability to leave bags after checkin is a huge plus if you're trying to do more sightseeing after checkout on the last day. Good value for the price, but nothing fancy.

Great location, easy walking distance to most things (Royal Mile Holyrood). Room was very small and so was the bathroom. I guess it is what you should expect for student accommodation. Overpriced in my opinion. Staff were very helpful.

Een bed van 120 breed kun je echt niet als tweepersoons bed verhuren. Daarnaast zijn de matrassen volledig versleten. De veren prikken in je rug. Daarnaast viel het stucwerk van het plafond in de douche. Ligging en faciliteiten zijn prima. Echter voor deze prijs mag je wel verwachten dat er minimaal een fōhn beschikbaar is.

No es hotel, es una residencia estudiantil.
Es una estafa. En realidad es una residencia estudiantil y lo comercializan como hotel. La cocina es compartida con todas las habitaciones del piso. La luz del baño no tiene interruptor y el extractor hace ruido. Hay que esperar unos 20m para que se apague automáticamente. Nos fuimos a otro hotel y no nos devolvieron ni un centavo de las cuatro noches no utilizadas. Las fotos no representan la realidad del lugar. Adjunto la foto de la supuesta habitación para dos personas. La cama es de 1 plaza y media.

Bodde två nätter i en studio med utsikt över Arthurs Seat. Rummet var stort och hade en 140 säng, och ett litet badrum med en duschkabin där man knappt fick plats. Det fanns en liten kokvrå med kyl/vattenkokare/mikro/spis. Tyvärr var spisplattorna ingrodda med brända matrester eftersom de inte blivit rengjorda på länge. Det var väldigt dammigt på hyllorna vid sängen och sängkläderna var visserligen bytta men hade äckliga fläckar. Personalen i receptionen bytte dessa genast och de var väldigt rara och serviceminded. Det var iaf knäpptyst på natten. Man kan gena till ’hotellet’ från Royal Mile genom Sugarhouse Close och Bakehouse Close. Det tar en minut så är man mitt på Royal Mile.

Le logement est bien situé, l'accueil est très bien, la chambre et les espaces sont propres. Petite précision, le lit de 2 personnes est petit... ce doit être un 120 cm et la literie n'est pas bonne. La ventilation (automatique) de la sdb est très bruyante. La chambre est un peu petite et l'éclairage hospitalier ! Je ne recommande pas ...
