“Building is in disarray, with things left all over the place. No one was at the front desk. Towels were not changed and our room was not refreshed for our second night. I planned to use my credit card but was told the machine wasn’t working and I had to pay cash, but wasn’t given a receipt. (I was finally emailed a receipt a day later, after I insisted on one.) I never did received the change from my cash payment. It was all quite strange.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at the Aurora Hotel & Italian Restaurant in Nairn. The location was excellent, with an easy walk to the beach and waterfront, making it a great base for exploring the area. We stayed in a Family Room with one double bed and two single beds. Traveling as a family of four, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. There was plenty of room to move around, unpack, and get ready without feeling cramped.
