"Car park is absolutely a mess. Front car park is fully occupied by customers of Starbucks and shopping centre. No proper ballet. Under 40degree weather carrying your luggage from awkward and.far rear car park is not great!! Minibar in room is empty. 4 star hotel in Sofia had a full minibar with many drinks and snacks. They force you to buy and wear a plastic on your head in the
