Upon check-in we were greeted by Ozlem hanim at reception who immediately recognized my voice from the multiple changes we made that week to our reservation over the phone. She was warm and hospitable and gave us an immediate sense of comfort. We were advised that we would have access to an entire basement floor for a private spa experience so we booked in right away. We were then greeted by another staff member who offered us a complimentary fruit juice. The hotel lobby is clean and inviting hosting a small cafe; it has an assortment of natural gemstone jewellery and a pantry for purchasing organic soaps and jams. Akin bey escorted us and carried our bags up-to our room. High ceilings which was amazing for my nearly 2m partner who’s struggled with standard European ceilings and a bed large enough to accommodate also. Walls were laid with expensive natural stones with each room hosting their own balcony over looking the pool, sea and mountains. By the pool was ambient, relaxing music and the basement spa was equipped with saunas, thermal hot pools, hamam (Turkish bathhouse), shock therapy showers and an aromatherapy massage room. We met a lovely lady by the name of Dianne who spoke English very well which made us feel even more at home, she was hospitable and very observant to our needs. The breakfast served on the private balcony was by far a 10/10 as was our entire stay. Thankyou Ozlem, Anil & Dianne for making this an amazing stay for us, we hope to be back in the winter.

Odalar temiz ve konforluydu ancak giriş katında bulunan mutfağın kokusu üçüncü kata kadar hissediliyordu. Yani ne pişse bütün bina yemek kokuyordu. Ayrıca sıpa alanı yeterince konforlu değildi, saunaya hep terliklerle batırmışlar ve emniyetli değildi. Yardımcı olacak bir kişi bile bulunmuyordu. Girişte karşılamada bulunan esmer uzun saçlı kadının yüzü çok düşüktü, hiç hoş karşılanmadık. Gergin bir personelin karşılaması ayrıca üzücüydü. Bahçede bulunan mobilyalar aşırı kirliydi masaların üstü toz içindeydi.

Çıkış günü, odadan çıkar çıkmaz oteli terk etmeniz gerekiyor dediler. Böyle bir saçmalığı her şey dahil 5 yıldızlı otellerde bile görmedik. Spa yazıyor, hamam, sauna buz gibi ve saatli. Kahvaltı idare eder, israf olmaması açısından açık büfe olmayışı güzel ama o zaman da bu fiyat anormal. Sadece tarçın isimli köpüş dışında bir şey hoşumuza gitmedi.

Daha önce eşimle kaldığım bu aile işletmesi olan otele bu kez sık seyahat eden arkadaşlarımızla konakladık. İşletmeci hasan bey kendini bu işe adayan sürekli yenilikleri kovalayan işine aşık bir beyefendi. Otelin bahçesindeki konukların ekebileceği hobı bahçesi çok hoşumuza gitti. Özellikle öne çıkanlar ; organik içerikli kahvaltı, isteğe bağlı odaya kahvaltı servisi, her odaya özel 1 saat ücretsiz sauna havuz hizmeti, lezzetlı akşam yemeği servisi beş çayı servisi diğer otellerde olmayan hizmetlerdi. Ayrıca hasan beyin mutfağa geçip misafirlere kendisi ikram ettiği hurma tatlısı nizim için çok özeldi. Hasan beyi ve eşini bu özel butik tesis için tebrik ediyorum. Umarım bu aşkla devam ederler.

Otel genel olarak görsellerdeki gibiydi, özellikle kahvaltısı cok güzeldi. Yöresel ürünlerle kaliteli kahvaltı yaptıgımızı hissettik. Otel çalısanları güler yüzyilü ve ilgiliydi. İsteklerimizi karsılamak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Genel olarak her seyden memnun kaldk. Otele küçük nacizane önerim var spayı daha zen bir hale getirilerse müşteri deneyimini daha da artırabilirler örneğin dinlendirici müzikler, hoş kokular , bitki çayı ikramları vs gibi. Bu sekilde biraz o yönden eksikti spa kısmı.

Was uns besonders gefallen hat, ist die 1 Stunde alleine im SPA-Bereich, die man als Familie nutzen konnte pro Tag. Der Pool war angenehm frisch und wir hatten das Glück, den Pool fast für uns alleine zu haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer war sehr lecker und völlig entspannt.

Cok ilgili bir yönetim, calisanlar da gayretli, masaj spa hizmeti cok iyi. Biraz calisanlarca otokontrol olursa, mükemmel olur (örnegin: bizden bir iki müsteri öncesi odadaki buzdolabinda mutfak kagidina sarilmis ve unutulmus kurumus gözleme vardi, pek hos degildi). Otokontrol dedigim, buzdolabina muntazaman bakilsa idi, bu görüntü olmazdi. Yine de sık bir oda, gayretli ve misafirperver calisanlar ile güzel vakit gecirdik. Otelin sahibine cok tesekkür ederim.

Eşim ve kızımla birlikte 5 gece konakladığımız 1774 Termal Otel'den son derece memnun ayrıldık. Otel çok temiz ve çok bakımlı. Odası çok iyi, özellikle balkon ve manzarası süper. Kahvaltısı çok iyi, kullanılan malzemeler tamamen doğal ve büyük kısmı kendi ürünleri. Çalışan personel çok ilgili ve kibar. Özellikle Barış Bey'e tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz :) Kısacası çevreme tavsiye edeceğim ve imkan olursa tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir otel.
