I would say the room was shabby chic, there was a well stocked pot with tea, coffee, sugar etc. The unfortunate thing with bed was that it was on casters so when you tried to get into it the bed moved away from you. 「We had a comfortable stay at this Hotel.The staff were very nice. We had a car parking space. No problem. Before we checked out the following morning, we had a delicious english breakfast served by a very attentive gentleman. We will definitely visit again. Ideal location for visiting West Sussex. 「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0.
The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」
