I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend.

There is no front desk available at 3 pm which is at check in time. I ran into two ladies work here however they cannot help me and just ran away from me when I asked where is staff for check in. It is described that there is air conditioning but fans.

"We booked deluxe double castle view. The hotel was fully book on that Saturday and our room was in the attic - very low angle ceiling- a small room with very poor decoration, with no view.
