“The apartment is in a good location. Communication also very good. They allowed us to leave our bags because we cam early. HOWEVER, it was not an overall pleasant stay because BASIC necessities not working. It is dangerous and uncomfortable for us in the heat.1. Fridge not working at all during our stay - we cannot put food or water in fridge because it will go bad. We could not store cold water/food. Defeats purpose of having an apartment, might as well gone to a hotel2. lights not working in……

“Location was good but there was no real control of the heat inside and the elevator broke down several times while we were there with my son being stuck in it for 3 hours. Syringes. Were found within the property by my 12 yr old. ”

“Lovely apartment and a perfect spot for our family of 4 to enjoy all the sights of Paris. Apartment was spacious, beds comfortable and we had everything we needed. Rental agency was very easy to reach and helpful. We had a few questions as we settled in and the rental agency was attentive and ensured we solved all concerns. We will definitely be back!!”

“This place was a great size. 2 rooms and a living room with a fold out couch worked great for my teenage boys who wanted space. There is also a sitting room. It was nice to have laundry for our stay. It was much appreciated to have a fan per room because it was hot during our visit. It is a convenient location with great restaurants nearby and close to the Eiffel Tower among many other sites to see. It was lovely to open the windows and see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night and while enjoying……

“The only positive aspects of this flat were the new, comfortable mattresses and its convenient location. Everything else was a disaster. In all fairness, it felt like a tourist trap. The entire building is composed of short-term rentals with lockboxes on the doors. The lift is tiny, feels dangerous, and seems outdated. The communal areas are falling apart, the carpet has been removed and likely won’t be replaced and several windows are simply broken. I won’t list every detail about the inside……
