With a spacious balcony of 20 m2 you have a fabulous view of the inspiring North Sea and the attractive beach. Entrance through the pleasantly styled hall with wardrobe.
The living room has a spacious corner sofa and swivel armchair with footstool, where you can dream away. The dining area has a cozy round dining table with 4 chairs. The balcony is accessible via the sliding doors. The balcony has a dining table with 4 chairs and you can relax behind the glass (wind) screen.
The modern kitchen has a unique back wall with the lighthouse of Egmond, the van Speijk. Very fully equipped with Senseo, dishwasher, induction hob, oven/microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
The bathroom is a real eye-catcher, with a spacious walk-in shower, luxurious sink and plenty of storage space for your toiletries and towels, washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate.
The first bedroom has a double bed, television and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 1 single bed, with trundle bed and wardrobe.
The apartment has its own storage room for possible use. your bicycles or beach equipment. You can also use the handcart, which is in the storage room.
A high chair and cot are available as standard.
The complex has an elevator. But you still need to be able to climb some stairs (2x 8 steps).
The apartment has its own private parking space (1 car). For your information: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
Apartment "Zeebreeze" is located next to our other apartment "Nautica". Both houses each have a separate balcony, giving you absolute privacy. These homes are also ideal if you want to travel with several people/families. We're all on holiday together, but still apart.
