"Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche bei Therese und Trond. Die beiden sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Die Hütte hat alles was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher.....alles da. Draußen gibt es gleich 2 Möglichkeiten zu grillen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig und man ist, wenn ma das möchte, ganz gür sich 😊 Wir kommen wieder. "

While it makes the views great the barely wide enough streets were a big challenge for our large SUV with all the blind one car wide (2-way) traffic. So not for the faint of heart driver. "Heerlijke week gehad in de herfstvakantie. Huis is ruim. Inventaris is uitgebreid, grepen bijna nergens op mis. Alles werkt, al is het meubilair en de keukenappatatuur en -inventaris veelal wat verouderd. Geen 4 maar 3 slaapkamers (2x 2persoons en 1x 4 persoons). Het huis is goed te verwarmen en het uitzicht is prachtig. Rustige lokatie, met veel privacy vlak bij uitvalsweg. Beperkte wandelmogelijkheden bij het huis, hiervoor dien je een paar kilometer te rijden. Vriendelijke eigenaar."

"While the view was great, the place was clearly a d.i.y. project. Follow—up on questions and needs were slow to non-existent. The host did say he lost his phone, which I absolutely understand- things happen, and I’m sure a nightmare for him. Still, to only provide 2 thin pillows and two towels is sub par and for the price, seemed rather basic. I will again say the view was amazing - which made up for a lot of what the apartment was lacking. "

"Nicer than the pictures—we only got to stay one night, but we would return when we travel through Bergen again. A plus that it had an elevator instead of having to get our luggage up the stairs. We cooked in the kitchen and found that we had what we needed to get the meals together. We also were able to do a load of laundry, a plus. They view was wonderful, and the owner has plants on the balcony which made it feel cozy. For us, having some space to spread out versus just a hotel room is a huge...

"Great location and was nice to get to hiking trails from the hostel. Easy access to bus stop. Loved the breakfast buffet and made good use of the community kitchen. Welcoming atmosphere and will stay there again when I return to Bergen!"

"The house that Sue provides guarantees a successful holiday. It is very functional. Every thing you take out of your suitcase, finds its convenient place in wardrobes, cupboards, on shelves, in drawers, on hangers, etc. The living room and terrace really gives you plenty of space to relax. The super-equipped kitchen gives you a lot of independence in meal planning. Sue, the owner of the flat, is an exceptionally friendly person. She gave us a quick answer to every question. Very close to the house the ferry connection towards Bergen. I would recommend this place without hesitation."

"Hotel is located right on the fjord with amazing views of the fjord and glacier. The room was quite adequate for our stay, had a patio door to the outside which was nice. The breakfast was very nice with good selection. A disappointment was being asked to pay for an extra pillow for my daughter who had broken her collar bone and needed some additional support while sleeping. The area is absolutely gorgeous and idyllic. "
