「Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and beds were nice. Bathroom was nice. The view over the pond and the wildlife was perfect to wake up to every morning. The stairs and multiple floors were tricky. At first we thought parking was going to be hard, but it never was an issue. Location to the center and train was good.」

Poor experience for the stay
"I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. Hot water came and cold water from the shower head and hand shower at same time which cannot be adjusted. It was very dangerous as people wouldn't notice the water came from shower head was so hot. Besides, the room was so dark that I even cannot make up properly. I escalated the situation to the staff on next day morning, and they sorted out the issues but I don't think I will choose the hotel again. "
