Here, a historic miners' settlement has been carefully adapted for tourism. Modern, comfortable resort "Erzberg Alpin by Alps Resorts". 3 km from the centre, in a sunny, elevated position, 1.5 km from the lake, 11 km from the skiing area. For shared use: large garden with plants and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Children's playground, planted inner courtyard. In the complex: reception, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Breakfast and half board (extra). Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, diving center 6 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, lake Leopoldsteiner See 1.5 km. Sports centre 100 m, skisport facilities 11 km, cross country ski track 6 km, ice rink 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Abenteuer Erzberg 5 km, Naturpark Gesäuse 12 km, Schaubergwerk Radmer 17 km. WC's. Wooden floors. Terrace 40 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The clubhouse is ideal for workshops, clubs, incentives or large families. On the ground floor there is a spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 multifunctional lounge areas and a Finnish/panoramic sauna with shower and toilet facilities. In addition to the bathrooms listed, there is a washroom with 5 washbasins on the first floor.
