El hotel está bien ubicado. El desuyuno muy poco variado y muy pocas opciones, algo muy malo es que el check out es a las 10am y eso es algo demasiado malo. Prácticamente estás pagando por medio día de hotel. Eso no me gustó en absoluto.

This hotel has a very convenient location, 1 block from shops and restaurants. Rooms are quiet and clean. The lobby is attractive. Breakfast is fine. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were a bit stuffy and too warm. We could not regulate the temperate and had to open a window to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level. It would have also been helpful to have electric plugs next to the nightstands to recharge our phones.

Expedia no cobra, entonces ello te cobran allá, si pagas con tarjeta te cobran el dollar no oficial , y te cobran en pesos, 285 pesos. Si pagas en efectivo te cobran a 285 pesos, pero si te recibem el dolar es 150 pesos, te convie, solo llevar dolares en efectivo, si no pierdes siempre. Por eso no cobran travez de Expedia

atte alejandro,gracias por su comentario, vivir en un pais con tanta diferencia entre tipos de cambio, puede plantear confusiones.le comentamos.Cuando se cobra con tarjeta de creditos en dolares, el valor a que se toma ese dolar, lo fija el banco central del pais, y es el oficial, ( hoy 156 pesos x dolar ) , pero ud cuando paga el importe de la tarjeta de credito en su pais, va a pagar dolares, independientemente a la cotizacion del dolar del pais.Nuestro pais para incentivar que los extrajeros paguen en usd, incentiva el uso de tarjeta de credito, y lo hace liberando del cargo del IVA , impuesto al valor agregado 21% a las transacciones que se paguen de esa manera. ( pero no en efectivo, solo tarjeta que debe ser de un banco extranjero, no argentio )Luego, esta el dolar libre o no oficial, que hoy esta 285 por dolar,Nuestras tarifas aun cuando figuran en dólares, ( expedia al ser una plataforma internacional fija sus tarifas en usd ) pueden ser pagadas en pesos, no podemos y no lo hacemos exigir pagos en usd efectivo.el tipo de cambio que fija expedia para sus tarifas es el dolar oficial , el de 156 por cada usd. No el dolar libre. Por eso, le es conveniente al pasajero, siempre pagara su reserva en pesos en efectivo, ( habiendo cambiado sus usd en el hotel u en otro lado ) x que al haber tanta diferencia entre el dolar oficial y el dolar libre. Le es conveniente incluso pagando el impuesto al IVA, ( 21 % )Como le dije es complicado manejarse en una economia con tantas disparidades, para nosotros que convivimos con ella , y para los turistas que nos visitan.saludos cordialeshotel quijote

Muita má vontade no atendimento.
O hotel é bem localizado e por isso o preço acima da média. O café da manhã é fraco, o quarto é bom mas a decoração antiga. Porém, tudo isso seria facilmente perdoado se houvesse boa vontade dos funcionários em ajudar. Fiz reserva para casal e nos colocaram em quarto com camas de solteiro. Avisei que estava errado e me disseram que não havia quarto para casal disponível naquele momento. Pedi para juntar as camas disseram que não podia. Como minha estada não era curta, pedi para nos trocar assim que possível. Me disseram que ia ter que pedir todos os dias. Ou seja, uma má vontade sem igual. Péssimo. Pelo atendimento ruim, não volto e nem indico. Tem um hotel melhor, mais ou menos na mesma faixa de preço, a duas quadras de distância chamado Pousada Los Alamos, com outro nível de atendimento e cordialidade.

Sejour a el calafate
Hotel tres bien situé en centre ville. Accueil bien ,hall d' entrée très agréable ,beaucoup de salons cosy ,ambiance montagne. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le négatif la chambre,sombre ,vue sur une cour ,nous avions demandéune chambre àdeux lits ,il y en avait 3,donc chambre réduite.salle de bain à moderniser.C'etait propre.

Hotel is in a great area. It is a block away from the Main Street and walking distance to all the restaurants. The room was clean but had few outlets and lights. Also I had a room with two double beds. The beds were very small and narrow. They were like the first “big boy” beds I got my kids when they moved out of the crib. The staff was not that knowledgeable. I asked them to make a reservation at a restaurant for me and had to remind them three or four times over two days. When I got to the restaurant they did not have a reservation in my name.

lamentable argumento.
tuve que ir a turismo a reclamar. Me cobraron el iva y dijeron que no podían descontarmelo porque no podián comprobar que era extranjera. lamentable argumento, les dije que tenían mi pasaporte, pero insistieron en que si no lo abonaba con tarjeta de crédito, no podían comprobar que era extranjera. Escribí a la gerencia una nota para quejarme y nunca se dignó a responder, estuvimos tres noches. la única solución que tenía era poner una denuncia en la comisaria. en fin, ya saben si no pagan con tarjeta les van a penalizar con el iva, que no podran desgravarse pues no estan acogidos, tampoco al tas free.

Location
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la calle principal donde es la zona turistica. No se necesita carro para trasladarse en la zona turistica pues todo esta accesible a pie. El servicio de el hotel super bueno! El check in y el desayuno fueron fantasticos! La habitacion y el lugar muy acogedor, super limpio, muy seguro y super comodo. Su personal muy hospitalarios y atentos! Definitivamente volveria a hospedarme en este hotel!

Conforto no coração de El Calafate
O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo das lojas e restaurantes do centro de Calafate. É muito bonito e aconchegante. O atendimento é excepcional. Os quartos, em dois níveis são amplos, confortáveis. A escada que leva da entrada, pequeno hall e banho e leva ao quarto no nível superior pode ser um pouco incomoda para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção e puco práticas para o uso do banho .

Very central
Only there for one night in transit to Ushuaia. Town is dominated by hostels and Quijote is one of only a handful of hotels in the centre. Rooms quite old fashioned and a bit dark with limited Spanish TV but internet access was good. Staff very helpful and provided European phone chargers for us. Check out is at 10 but the hotel will look after your luggage and permits you to stay in the lounge and use the facilities until you leave. Our brief stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Totally adequate accommodation in El Calafate. Rooms were a bit dated, breakfast was sparse, staff was agreeable but not especially friendly or overly helpful. In advance of our visit, we tried to contact the hotel about the reservation but never heard back.

Todo muy bien: instalaciones cálidas y limpias, muy buen servicio del personal, cerca de todo en la ubicación. Lo regular es que tuvimos que se escuchaba bastante cuando otros entraban a su habitación o sonidos de un cuarto a otro, pero nada grave. Lo que no condice con el buen nivel general es la (Poca y repetitiva) variedad del desayuno. Pero es lo único, volveríamos.
