「This is a beautiful and unique property. Overall we enjoyed our time with family (10 adults, 12 kids under age 11). The pool is not heated, so swimming in May was a bit chilly. The bathroom arrangement is unique with one room that has three toilet closets and a separate room just down the hall with three dorm style showers. The landscape is breathtaking with plenty of room to spread out, and we were able to spot several alligators nearby.」

「I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...

「From the check-in to beyond check-out they were fantastic. We left a wallet in the lobby and they immediately brought it up to us. That speaks volumes in itself. The bed was comfortable and the room temp was great. We ended up leaving our business related paperwork in the room. A quick call to the office and they checked it out and had it ready for us on our way back home. They took care of us. Much appreciated. 」
